Limited Warranty

Every Respyr device is covered by a Limited Warranty. This warranty gives You specific legal rights, and You may also have other rights which vary depending on Your Country or region.

The Company warrants the Respyr device against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, the Company will, at its option and free of charge, repair or replace a device or part that proves to be defective, provided that the device is used and maintained in accordance with the Company's instructions. Coverage includes:

• Manufacturing defects in the device's sensors, electronics, and housing.
• Hardware faults that occur under normal, intended use of the Service.
• Charging and connectivity components that fail due to a defect and not misuse.

What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents.
• Accidental damage, misuse, liquid exposure beyond stated ratings, fire, or unauthorized modification.
• Damage caused by using the device with a non-Respyr accessory or by repairs performed by anyone other than an authorized service provider.
• Consumable parts, unless the failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To obtain warranty service, please contact us at support@respyr.com with Your order number and a description of the issue. Our team may ask You to complete a few troubleshooting steps. If a hardware issue is confirmed, We will arrange repair or replacement at no cost to You.

Repair or Replacement

If We choose to replace Your device, the replacement may be a new or refurbished unit that is functionally equivalent to the original. Any replacement device is warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the device. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Respyr is a lifestyle and wellness tool and is not a medical or diagnostic device.
